The Rubber Base On My Spice Rack Has Left A Yellow Ring On My Laminate Countertop! How Do I Remove It?

I have no idea why the rubber had a reaction with the laminate countertop. I have already tried 409, bleach, baking soda, vinegar, and scrubbing really hard. None of them have worked in the slightest!
Any explanations or ideas?
Thanks in advance. I’m moving soon, so getting this stain out is really important.

Hmm, you said you used bleach (did you use domestos) stronger and place an old towel in a circle around outside of stain and squeeze bleach directly on the ring mark, towel will stop it running so just leave overnight and wash off in the morning..
If that doesnt work buy some lemons cut in half and place all around the ring and leave overnight, acid from lemon may shift
    Hope this helps
